✨ Week 3 of ClearSkin Journey ✨

Date: April 15, 2025

omg can't believe it's been 3 weeks already using the new routine! 🤯 definitely seeing some major improvements on my cheeks and forehead!

the app's personalized routine has been sooo much better than all the random tiktok advice i was following before lol

daily checklist ✅

AM cleanser + serum + moisturizer + SPF!!

PM double cleanse + treatment + night cream

Drink 8 glasses of water (finally managed this lol)

No dairy this week (ok i had some ice cream on friday... oops)

progress notes 📝

- redness has gone down SO MUCH around my chin!!

- only had 2 new breakouts this week (vs. 7 last week!)

- that salicylic acid serum is my new holy grail fr

- the app's reminder notifications are actually helping me stay consistent

- took progress pics today (check folder!)

next goals 🎯

- try the new niacinamide product the app recommended

- actually follow through on no dairy week (FOR REAL THIS TIME)

- maybe post a progress pic on tiktok?? (still deciding)

- book that virtual derm appointment through the app

honestly so glad my friend told me about this app! worth every penny for the premium version 💯

My rosacea used to flare up constantly. Turns out I was touching my face whenever I felt stressed. So much less reactive now.

Tried every sensitive skin product and still had irritation — turns out I was constantly resting my chin on my hand. Contact dermatitis is so much better now.
